It is easy to get started:
Call 722-9242 then select
option 1
Enter your DTCU account number
as shown on your DTCU statement.
If it is your first time using
the Audio Teller enter the last four digits of your
social security number. That's all that is needed to get
in.
You can change you PIN to any
four digit number other than the last four digits of
your social security number, once you are in for the
first time. You would then use this PIN on all future
calls to the audio teller. If you happen to forget your
pin just call the credit union and we will reset it for
you.
