Q. Can I join DTCU if I am not a Duluth Teacher?
A. Yes! DTCU was founded by area educators in 1933 and we take pride in those roots. However, DTCU is now a community charter credit union, which means if you live, work, worship or attend school in the communities of Duluth, Hermantown or Proctor, you may become a DTCU member.
